Located in Lower Everest (Solukhumbu) region, Ratnange is a perfect place to enjoy the magical view of Everest Mountain regions.

From the top of Ratnange (3,100m) you can get the spectacular view of MT.EVEREST (8,848 m), KHUMBILA (5,761 m), THAMSERKU (6,623 m), LHOTSE (8,516 m), NUPTSE (7,861 m), KANGTEGA (6,779 m), AMADABLAM (6,812 m) MERA PEAK (6,476 m), etc.

Along with the hiking/trekking to the top of Ratnange, new adventure has also been added from last year in the hills of Ratnange, i.e. Mountain Biking.

There are 13 enduro mountain biking trails and you can explore all while you’re at Ratnange, Phaplu.

Till now, 2 seasons of Enduro Mountain Biking Races have been organized in collaboration with the local community. Every year the number of participants is increasing.

The sport has also provided an opportunity to the locals to start homestay to the visitors and athletes.

Since then, homestays have been started in local houses of villages like Garikhasa, Chinakpu, Bagam and Sherga of Ratnange, Solukhumbu.

These homestays have all the basic needs like electricity, showers, good foods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) including local Sherpa delicacies.

The homestay program helps visitors to understand the local lifestyle of Sherpa people and uplift their living standards with additional sources of income.
